Mwanzo has a new home on the internet. The website has been completely
revamped: fresher, clearer and more honest about who we are and what we do.
For the new look, we were inspired and assisted by Laura Joe from Jouw Digitale Thuis. Laura has a passion for Africa and for charities, and she knows a lot about online marketing. You’ll be seeing much more of that.
On our new website, you’ll find everything you need to get to know us — from the stories behind the board to the projects you can donate to directly. Want to get involved but not sure how? You’ll find the answer to that there too.
Something special to mention: Laura also ran a training session for The Ark’s team, specifically focused on creating videos for social media. The Ark’s staff will now use this to teach the children how to create posts for social media. This way, the children learn to tell their own stories — and that is exactly what Mwanzo is all about.
A special word of thanks to Clements, who built the site from start to finish — on top of everything else he already does for Mwanzo. That’s no small feat.
And you? If you see something that could be improved, or have an idea — let us know. We'd love to make it even better, together.
