Over the past month, our network of donors has grown. That fills us with joy and gratitude. We are increasingly noticing that the story of Mwanzo and The Ark is finding its way through the most beautiful route there is: from person to person. People enthusiastically tell
friends, family and acquaintances about what we do, why it is done and what difference it makes. Word of mouth is invaluable to us. It means that you — our existing donors and supporters — genuinely believe in the impact of our work and carry that out into the world. We are deeply grateful for that.
Over the past month we have welcomed both new regular donors and people who have made a joint contribution. Every contribution, large or small, makes a difference. Regular donors give us the opportunity to provide security and continuity to the people we support. One-off gifts give us the room to grow and to step in where needed. We are grateful for both.
A new school term is just around the corner. That means new purchases: exercise books, pens, uniforms, school bags. Small things perhaps, from our perspective — but for the children, they are the keys to a future. To ensure that every child can walk into the classroom with everything they need, we ask for your continued support.
If you know someone who would be moved by the work of Mwanzo and The Ark, feel free to share our story. Because every new connection begins with one conversation.
